Traffic limit is an amount of data transferred to and from your account by your website visitors and yourself from the beginning till the end of the current month. It includes files uploaded and downloaded to the server, mails sent to and from your account. Traffic limit is allotted to the web hosting account in general and is calculated on a monthly basis.
