Backup functionality

Though we make every-day backups on web and MySQL server the cPanel provides you with availability to make a backup of your home directory and download it to your local computer. To make a backups go to control panel, click on backups icon, Home directory---> click on "Download a home directory Backup" choose location. You are done.

You can also download a backup of your MySQL databases from control panel directly. For this please go to control panel--> click on backups icon, under Download a MySQL Database Backup you’ll see the list of MySQL databases that you have added to your account. Click on the database name for which you’d like to download backup.

Please note that we do not make backups on the mail server, thus we recommend you to save important e-mails on your local hard disk or print them.
